EMERSON CLIMATE TECHNOLOGIES TO STRENGTHEN RELATIONSHIPS WITH REFRIGERATION CONTRACTORS IN SUPERMARKET INDUSTRY

ST. LOUIS, September 19, 2005 – Emerson Climate Technologies, a business of Emerson (NYSE: EMR) recently launched an initiative to develop and strengthen relationships with refrigeration contractors who specialize in specifying, installing, repairing and servicing the refrigeration and freezer systems used by supermarkets and convenience stores.

The goal is to ensure these contractors have the products, tools, education and support they need to control energy costs, protect food and lengthen the life of their customer’s refrigeration equipment, as well as stay ahead of emerging trends.
